When people write an article about cravings and chocolate they load the chocolate with sugar, but that's not always true.

For instance you have heard me say my doctor suggested I eat 2 squares of DARK chocolate every day I eat 1 teaspoon of my chocolate. My chocolate is low in sugar (4 grams in 2 tablespoons) and fat. It is a strong and delicious flavor so you do not need to eat a jar to quench that craving. 

Try a spoon of orange on a bagle or toast in the morning thats all you need for a great breakfast!
